How to Apply

Requirements:

EBT programs are available for all people worldwide who are:

• 18 to 60 years old

• have completed high school or the equivalent.

• in good health

Carefully read EBT Education's program information, terms and conditions before applying

Fax or mail the following documents to our EBT Office before the Application deadline.

EBT Application Form. (For EBT Application form please check here )

Copy of certificate or diploma of previous education

Copy of your passport (personal details and photo page)

Copy of application fee payment (bank receipt)

6 passport size photos (by mail)

Resume (for the program of one semester or longer)

Reference by someone other than a family member (for the program of one semester or longer)

Within 5 working days of receiving the complete application, Admissions will send a confirmation that you have a reserved placement in the program. EBT will send an Acceptance Notice and Enrollment form to you.

2. Enrollment ptop
Complete the Enrollment Form and pay the Program Fees (see Payment below) before the enrollment deadline.

Fax or Mail the Enrollment Form (first page) and bank receipt for paid program fees to EBT Office.

3. Visa ptop
When you have Enrolled in the program, the visa documents (a Letter of Invitation and the VISA support document - JW202 Form) will be sent to you.

Please contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the Visa Application Form and processing fee.

Bring the following documents to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate:

• Visa Application Form (completed)

• Your valid passport (it must be valid for the duration of the program)

• A copy of the Letter of Invitation (provided by EBT)

• A copy of the JW202 Visa support document form (provided by EBT)

• Relevant visa application fee

• 2 Passport size photos

EBT highly suggests the students who are going to stay less than 6 month to apply a L or F VISA. The students who apply the program more than 6 month can apply a X VISA, the X VISA will be issued regardless of study duration, and the VISA has to be registered at PSB (Public Security Bureau) within 3 days as soon as you arrive China . Faxed copies of the Letter of Invitation and JW202 forms are accepted by the Embassy or Consulate. In most countries visa processing takes approximately 2 weeks.

Early Enrollment is strongly advised to take into account the time needed for visa documents to be sent by Admissions and visa processing time by the Embassy or Consulate.

4. Arrival ptop
Send a fax or email to advise your Programs Advisor or the Beijing Office of your flight details: date, time of arrival, airline, flight number, and place of departure, so that we can arrange your airport reception. Please forward this information no later than 10 days before your arrival. Program Fees do not include airfares.

5. Payment (of Application and Enrollment Fees) ptop
Payments of the Application Fee (US$100 non-refundable) and Enrollment Fee has to be paid by Bank Transfer. Save the bank receipt and fax or send it along with the other documents as proof of payment.
